Inherited a 2003 GTX 4Tec with 74 hours. Took it out today for the maiden voyage, started immediately no problem idled out of the no wake zone and slowly accelerated, revved to nearly 5,000 rpm and wouldnt go over 32mph and wouldnt rev past 5k rpm. Cruised at that speed thinking to myself "idiot you grabbed the bitch key and its limited".
