Radio code for my 2013 Acura TSX didn't work even though it was correct. I found solution on one of Acura's websites (please see picture below). I was sceptical because screen was dark and I coulnd't turn it on. Magically, it helped. I unlocked screen by receting code and then unlocked radio.
