Silent gems is a given. Anything that adds all of the compatible ores. Cyclic adds some nice enchants too, i think. It also adds the disenchantment table which goes amazingly with Apotheosis for getting those premo enchants. Being compatible with virtually all forms of enchants is the biggest reason I always choose silents over tinkers.Splitting is an anvil enchantment, one of only three, so when you enchant an anvil you have a pretty good chance to receive it. EDIT2: Best way I found is to use the scanner from Scannable to scan for spawners and chests, any 2 chests relatively close together has a decent chance to be a boss room and a chest directly under a spawner in a random cave has a decent chance to have loot with affix (also one of the best base-spawners for apotheosis) 1.

Get a gem cutting table and combine gems, you need to also make a salvage table. Take armor and weapons from apotheosis bosses and salvage them for rarity materials, salvage gems for gem dust, then you can upgrade gems on the cutting table. 2 flawless gems of the same rarity combine into a cracked gem of the next rarity, so 2 purple flawless gems make 1 cracked orange gem.
Ultimately this is still a manual farm but, being able to loot pinata anything in a 11x11 radius makes amassing gems for gem dust far far faster. Setup an Apotheosis spawner with max enhancements (I used enderman) for a steady supply of things to smack and you can very easily get hundreds of gems in about 20min. P.S.
