As a PvE player, I dislike the removal of movement speed leveling solely for the inconvenience of extending the time it takes to walk around. The base movement speed is slower than what is reasonable for the average human. Sprinting in-game fresh off the beach is about the speed of a moderate power-walk for the average person.
