I wouldn't recommend a Phase Blade for a5 merc for this reason, especially if the runeword has ehdamage on it and not +damage (ie grief). Also, one thing to note is the phase blade requires a lot of dexterity to use it.. if I'm not mistaken the merc will have to be 85+. I'd go with eth mythical or eth conquest sword IMO.
