People are guessing that there is 3 reasons: 1 - Blast mine, even without being changed, is stronger than it was before the midchapter update. While it was nerfed (it need 59.4s where it needed 52.8s before), killer is kicking more gen because of basekit changes and perk changes (call of Brine).The answer to your problems is Botany knowledge. With this perk every heal requires only 12 charges. Meaning that now you can even combine yellow med kit with gauze roll and get 3 heal with 33% speed boost. It is insane profit for the price of garbage items/add-ons. And it is only 1 perk, so you don't have to give up meta perks for this.
