Xfi pod not connecting.

I’ve tested the connection on my ps5 and I get anywhere from 100mbps-400mbps down. The router is getting greater than the 1200mbps from the pole. The xfinity app tells a different story and says my “fair” connection to the ps5 isn’t strong enough for gaming. Customer service recommended I get the second generation xfi pod.
