Hey, 492 is not a bad diagnostic score. I scored the same when I did my AAMC FL Sample Test. I took this in May 2021 and while working full time and studying, I was able to pull it up to 504 on the actual exam that I wrote end of July. It's sort of cheap and sort of not. Kaplan, TPR, Blueprint, etc. come with a lot more resources (such as practice tests, the AAMC material, q-banks, etc.) Those companies aren't really worth it though.
