After owning two 1950"s vintage Thunderbirds some years back this 2002 version is indeed a pleasure to own and drive. It rides well due to the longer wheelbase, has air bags for safety, handles very well, gets decent gas mileage, and turns a lot of heads. Also it has been a very dependable driver now at 103,000 miles.
