Can't say for sure 85 is the same but this is the blower relay socket. for a 86. Pin A is a Red wire.fusible link hot all the time. Pin B Dark Blue wire comes from the Blower resistor. Pin C Black wire is Ground. Pin D Brown wire comes from Blower switch Hi contact. Pin E (may be shown as Pin F in the connector diagram).

I cant provide a wire diagram.. but my 69 should be pretty similar.. but temper/qualify my info with that in mind. Those top 3 fuses on the right of the fuse panel (heater, wiper radio ) are all fed by the same wire off the ignition switch in the ACC position. White connector on ignition switch Brownish colored 12 awg goes to fuse panel.
