You just need over 50 mobility and your Cleave Targets should either be over 75 (for the first swing without Brutal) or 0. Rashad needs 4 stats over 70, and ideally maxed. I believe Rashad needs 66 Finesse to be the same attack speed as Antax for lights, but ~40 for heavies.The perks / blessing are good, but you'd want a Tactical axe for crit build, not a combat one. Brutal Momentum is also S Tier, arguably one of the best horde clear weapons in the game with it. You can easily refresh your ult in 3 swings with Brutal Momentum during hordes.
