This sample build focuses strictly on empowering the eldritch blasts via the Tainted Scholar (and Enlightened Spirit) lines. So it's not necessary to include Maximize and Empower for certain Warlock builds because they DON'T affect the regular Eldritch Blasts.

Auralock need more investment on defensive past lifes but this is the lazyiest way to play DDO. Infinite life + area damage. This starts with 2 barbarian, then goes full cleric. Blood tribute from barbarian is a phenomenal defensive tool that falls off at higher levels. Warpriest cleric is sturdy with a lot of defense, and doesn't lose much at all going 18 levels compared to 20.

It's a belt found in the raven loft pack (if you don't own it find a way to get it, great gear and a super fun quest chain) it's an easy 75 more acid and fire spell power which at level 10 is like an 80% bump in damage. GOO Warlock is probably the easiest pact to level from 1-20.

We know, we just said to take some levels in paladin for a powerful warlock build. And it can be very powerful when paired with the right kind of warlock. But if you don't intend to make a half-caster character, a multiclass into sorcerer is probably the better bet. Good morning and hello. I am Strimtom and today I bring to you today the melee warlock. I tested out the imbue thoroughly on blaster warlock and determined that investing into the imbue damage isn't going to give you great effect since you spend half your time casting spells at cap anyway and you would be better off just focusing on something else instead.
