For the boss fight, just use Aftertaste and make sure everyone has quick revive. You dont need Perkaholic but obviously it will help. As someone already said, if you go down and get revived and dont have jug, you are useless during the boss fight. Weapons are more important than gumballs - haymaker repacked and a bow is all you need.

Apparently it's possible the clock tower step and travelling back in time that way is actually unrelated to the main easter egg. It might be a separate easter egg to get a free gobblegum, given that the plunger turned out to just be a gag melee item. Although turning the clock to 935 seems like a lot of effort just for a free gobblegum.
Head drama is by far one of the best gobblegums to use, for killing panzerd. Danger closest makes you immune to panzer shocks too which is amazing.
