Description. Eight Days of Hope participates in 1 or more rebuilding events each year in a region affected by natural disaster. Volunteers provide the labor. Food and lodging are provided at no cost to the volunteers. Volunteers who are not skilled in the construction trades are welcome as well as those who are skilled construction workers.
