So I was going back to unlock the Warlock Stasis aspects and noticed I am unable to unlock either of the Bleak Watcher or Glacial Harvest aspects. When I talk to the EXO stranger it says I have completed the aspect of influence quest but will not let me collect the reward.

Aspect of Influence quest still Bugged !!! Has been bugged since 1st week, no entropic shards show up in the designated area in well of infinitude once im there, the heavy ammo boxes are there the vex is there but there are no shards at all, not even if i try to abandon the quest and re-aquire it at the tower.

This isnt a bug. You need to use your Statis ability or a statis weapon to eliminate the crystals until you summon the big one in the next room. Hope this helps!
