It depends. There are so many arcanes and a lot are good but depends on the warframe. Like for me arcane ultimatum is mandatory on ash, or how to put the arcane that gives melee attack speed on baruuk. For primaries and secondaries people kill acolytes for primary merciless and stuff. Arcanes for warframes most are with the eidolons.
