It looks like you're on the free plan riding on AT&T, 10min/10 texts/ 25mb data. I would suggest you spring for the Walmart Freedompop plan (rides on T-Mobile) that offers 300min / 1000 texts/ 100mb that is free after you purchase the sun for $10. Of course this assumes t-mobile service works for you.

Unfortunately, it looks like the newest iPhone FP sells directly on their website is the iPhone 12 series from 2020. So I wouldn't hold out hope for eSIM support coming in the immediate future.
