Ive respec’d with the in game method, ToyBox, and with the Respec mod. All of them had the same issue — some feats or abilities would be “stuck” to the character no matter what. It seems to be an issue with the game itself and how it handles character data/respecs.How to install. Download and install Unity Mod Manager, make sure it is at least version 0.23.0.
