Both are excellent pistols. Night sights for Glock are plentiful, relatively inexpensive and easy to install yourself. The P365 is a better deal because it already has excellent night sights. The P365 can have 10, 12 or 15 round mags. The G19 is limited to 15 round or above. So with the P365 you can go small or large.
