The first one that failed was the recirculating door actuator. Made in China. One of the teeth broke on one of the gears, causing the actuator to ratchet without doing anything. The second one that failed was the blend door actuator on the passenger side. Made in Mexico. its motor failed, probably burned out.Basically it says you need to remove the sound panel under the dash, then the center console, then the dash trim pad and the knee bolster on both sides. Then the knee airbags and finally you can get to the actuator. Personally I would remove the trim and see if you can see the actuator itself.
