Fun Park for our family. Our family of 5 went to Carowinds in early April during our spring break. Kings Island is our typical amusement park, so it was nice to try a different Cedar Fair park. Paramount bought the park in 1993 and sold it to Cedar Fair, the current owner, in 2006. The 400-acre park offers more than 60 rides including 14 roller coasters, and it’s ranked fifth in the world for number of coasters in one park.
