I had a Kwikke quiver that i screwed small stainless steel screws in between the arrow holders and it will tighten the rubber on the arrows. Same way a tight spot does. Having a 500-525 gr arrow is usually where I prefer to be because depending on what bow I'm shooting it usually puts me in the 275-285 fps neighborhood.
