I followed the instructions to the letter: -plugged the pump header in to the 4pin CPU fan header on the motherboard. -plugged in the SATA header to the PSU. -plugged in the first radiator fan to the 4pin and the second to the 3pin header that comes out of the cpu block.

Hey! Be sure that your NZXT RGB & FAN Controller is connected to an internal USB 2.0 Port on your Mainboard. Look if you connected the Controller with the SATA Power Cable. Make sure that the SATA Power Cable is also connected. Look if the USB 2.0 cable is connected. If you only got one Slot on your mainboard you could use/buy the nzxt usb hub.

Hi, I recently got the NZXT Aer RGB fans and Hue plus to give my pc some style, but quickly came across a few different problems. 1. On the newest version of the CAM software, my Hue Plus and the components attached to it are not being detected. Pretty sure fans will only show up if you have a HUE device and plug them into that. The pump shows up because you have a USB connection to it, not because of the 4pin pump connection to the mobo. Fans will only show up if you have NZXT fan controller otherwise they are controller through BIOS.
