Nov 1, 2010 · p0038 code. So I am getting a p0038 code on my csrt4. I know that it is an O2 sensor code on the up pipe. I changed out the O2 sensor thinking that would be the fix for it. That did not fix it at all. I then though ok the cable from the sensor to the ECU is damaged. I tested all the wires for continuity and came up good.
