Not only that, but it will give you the same amount of bonus armor as the backpack since you'll have twice as many stacks. Problem with Sleipner is the initial proc of its talent is too cumbersome. Frenzy benefits from a larger magazine Larger magazine = takes longer to reach the first reload Longer firing time = longer exposure to damage by peeking out of cover.Memento trophies and 10 sec buffs on kill are just too good to pass, especially for solo play. Then there's Vigilance talent on backpacks which is essentially unbeatable in terms of raw DPS. Ninjabike is fine for beginners and for making fun Frankenstein builds but it's not worth in heroic and higher difficulties.I run the Vile Mask, 4 piece Eclipse Protocol & 1 Golan kneepad rolled for weapon damage on technician. My primary is the Pestilence and Mechanical Animal secondary. This build has made heroic very easy, I've even run into rogue agents on heroic and this build has made them a quick kill.
