The main reason I went with a Sionics was the NP3 coating and a 100% HPT/MPI C158 bolt. If I could have gotten a hard chrome Toolcraft with a bolt that had been HPT/MPI, I would have. As for the mosin comparison, my 1943 Izhevsk is machined like glass compared to this BCG.
