Those of you who don’t know where to start, this guide will help you unlock the T-65 Secret Service Armor in the Wastelanders expansion. T-65 Secret Service Power Armor. Similar to other gear in Fallout 76, you don’t actually unlock the armor directly. Instead, you’re required to buy the plans for it and then craft it yourself.

Defense wise, Overeater's is the winner. If, like me, you don't care about Overeater's (or needing more defense), Weight Reduction effects are a huge plus in my books. This is horribly inaccurate. Hellcat and T65 both enjoy 42% universal damage reduction just like every other full six piece power armor set. So all will have the damage reduced by 42 points out of 100 before resistance is even come in to play.

Outside of the t65, level 50 t51 will give you the best protection of all the base game armors but with a little less radiation resistance. Most players can mod those legs for you, or the plans can be bought easily. Behemoth hits for 3 damage normal and 6 damage power attack. Add the suppressors perk card and you can knock another 1 or maybe 2 off those numbers. I'm now going to try and get a full set of overeaters hellcat for the extra armour, see how that affects it.
