About the Trainer. Ron Gaston, a born again Christian, is the founder and owner of The Temple Total Fitness in Michigan City, Indiana. As a young man with great potential, Ron fell into life’s traps. However, he has been redeemed and is moving full force to encourage and inspire local youth to become the leaders they were created to be.
