Usps package stuck in transit for a month.
USPS says the package is in customs, CBP says they don't have it and it's in USPS jurisdiction. Local post office is empathetic but can't do a thing. USPS customer service number is useless. Today, I received another email in response to my search request from a month ago asking me for more patience.

They either need to do the job that is expected in the time frame quoted or just leave it to companies that can because this is ridiculous. Also doesnt help that they are worse in customer service than the average DMV and that's saying a lot.
