OK, well I figured it out from an "Outlook" perspective. I didn't have my phone connected to OneDrive so Microsoft could sync. So, it appears Comcast forces you to use the same email client on both your phone and desktop. Personally, I like Outlook on my desktop simply because that's where I manage most of my email, contacts, and calendars.
