What annoyed me this time was, the first 3 blocks were somewhat short and quite straight to the point, where you could only read last sentence, glance at the lab values real quick and you knew the answer.I had some heart sound questions that luckily could be answered from the vignette alone (they were both super high yield murmurs, the heart sound just confirmed my answer), which are not on any NBME or UW exam.
