Stromberg has a map icon though. It allows a generic mk2 user to double its brain activity to 4 braincells and either avoid it, or use chaffs before engaging. The thing is though the boost on toreador can be used in offense driving towards the mk2, causing his missiles to miss, or to escape in case something goes wrong.
