I set my HB subs to 90/95 .. So if my HB1 gets a big play for 20+ yards he could sit 2 or 3 plays. Then subbed back in automatically. These are my settings. In week 1 I did half pads. Got into the game and he had like 30 carrys without sitting one down. I sometimes looked at this battery thing. It was between 90 and 100%.

I haven’t had that issue this year. My players just don’t come out of the game until their stamina is basically 0 and then it refills after 1 play. Formation subs. Just put you backup rb in like 5 or 6 random formations and it'll feel about right.
