For the last two years, I have had difficulty being able to tell the difference between imagination and memory. For example: I'll be doing something, then out of the blue, a thought will hit me.
Definitely pocd. The more that you ruminate on the possibility of being a p, the more that you will feel the urge to look at them. I dealt with pocd when I first got diagnosed and it's pretty manageable now.
