The fastest way I know to kill blue dragons is to cannon that group of three baby dragons in the Taverly dungeon, but that still takes quite a while with abysmal xp rates. I can't imagine why decent 40kish an hour tasks are skipped/blocked but blue drags isn't. Just wondering if I'm missing some quick way to do blue drags or a good xp method.
