Considering they’re all cross compatible with each other, I wouldn’t be concerned about ...I have both the full length slide and the carry/compact. In all honesty I would absolutely get the carry/compact 3.9 inch. If you are going to carry it the shorter slide is faster to draw and reciprocates faster for follow up shots. It's just handier, and feels better imho. I got the OEM spring for an 3.9 axg build and it was fairly stiff from the factory. Had issues locking back. At least with the tuning kits, it's easier to dial in the spring weight. And you don't have to worry about a spring being over sprung from the factory.
