At startup, I bought the Axon C4000 Green Wave modem from Century Link. Recently however I have been having frequent issues where it will randomly stop working and wont connect to the internet. I have found that factory resetting the modem will fix this most of the time. Also occasionally, the modem will decide to factory reset itself.
