The service was slow - they seemed understaffed, and it took both a long time to get a waiter but also to get our food (luckily we had a reservation so waiting for the table didn't take long). However, you're largely paying for the experience at dining at one of New Orleans's famed establishments, while enjoying decent food to go with it.
