Its suspose to be something that you look foward to.-Starting a world at a required levelIt also adds accuracy for Balance/Life/Death while adding pips for Fire/Ice/Storm/Myth. Generally, the Poseidon gear seems set up for more aggressive play styles. The one exception is the Poseidon boots which (generally) give more health, more resist, armor piercing, and more critical block. So, on my storm, I solo'd the entire game up to level 100 with wintertusk crafted gear + the lvl 30 spear wand from the greek god people. I also had a triple double. The last little bit was rough, but not impossible. Crafting a Celestia hat (recipes in the Grotto, IIRC) might give you some good critical and damage, but it does not have any resists. If you go that way, make it dual storm/life to have some chance for critical Pixies. In a level, you'll be able to wear crafted Wintertusk gear, which is not that great on critical but at least very good on damage.

These boots are powerful in a different way. It has over double the health of the Sabatons of the Exalted One, more resistance, and better damage and shadow pip chance. It does trade out the block, piercing, and accuracy for critical. If you haven't done Wintertusk now would be a good time if you have the Crafting skills up to Celestia level.

Don't buy anything for crowns now, you'll outgrow it too fast to be worthwhile. Level 45-50 has some good drop gear from Dragonspyre. Plan on crafting the level 56 gear from Wintertusk and/or farming the level 60 gear from Waterworks.
