After spending the last 2.5 hours messing around, I have found that my 2.06cm PF needs 71 SWB and minimum 61 speed to get slasher takeover. I hope this helps. From what I found, 2.06cm is the tallest you can be if you want to get slasher and HOF rebound chaser. Any taller and you have to get too light to be able to get HOF rebound chaser.
