I do have one of Joe Dispenza's meditations, called "Water Rising" and I don't think I bought it, perhaps it came with the book? I didn't think it was bad as a guided meditation went, but, I quit using it. When he asks you to visualize water up to your knees, then waist etc, that's all I could come up with was my house flooded. I'll pass on that.
