Varmilo windows key not working.

Varmilo keyboards have 2 modes, Apple and Windows (can be switched with FN+A and FN+W corresponding). Windows mode is default. In this mode keyboard works correctly in linux and no additional settings is needed. This is true for my VEM87 and I think this is also true for VEA109. You have an option to switch around the alt/fn/windows/shift keys for example. I think you might have done something like this.
