The spawn rate is tied to how much shit you kill so if you bring a group of like 4 nukers and a double drop booster, the amount of sliver drops is insane. Last time there was one, I got 70 in one match. Eximus enemies can drop Slivers, up to a 1% drop chance from SP Eximus, regular star chart Eximus have lower drop rates.

Riven rarely drops for me. Even cases when I play SP I don't get more slivers. It's all RNG. However even you get like constant 1 sliver per few mission you still get like 1 per 200-300 chance to get one specific weapon (more if you want more weapons).

Bug Reports. Riven Sliver drop probably bugged. I was doing the same SP missions twice a day (Tiana's pass mirror defence) for 2 months, getting an average of 10 riven slivers per day. Since 3 weeks ago, I am getting none. No matter the mission, no matter the drop chance blessing, no way to get a riven sliver.

Every tier (except 5 and 10 of course) has a separate drop table and is randomized from that, although tier 9 only has 25x Steel Essence in the drop table.
