SKSE doesn't work with the current version of skyrim, period. SKSE is version 1.6.342. The game just updated to 1.6.353 today. Installation of SKSE is ridiculously simple, you download it, you extract it to where your skyrim exe file is, and you run skse64_loader.exe to start Skyrim up. But this won't work until SKSE is updated for version 1.6.353.
