Kingpin & maglock is stupid quick after some training. Put in the work and it’s second nature. Edit: Tip to make it just as quick as a normal mag release. Put pressure on the mag release then press the kingpin when you want to drop the mag. Don’t separate the lower/upper then release the mag in two slow steps.

Sig M400 Tread. It came with a Juggernaught Tac Hellfighter. Had 2 jams my first day out, so decided to switch to AR Maglock gen4 and Kingpin. Since the Hellfighter kit works by removing the bolt catch/release, I installed a Geissele Maritime. Mag finishes, bolt locks back, but the Kingpin won't open for the Maglock to work if the bolt is back.
