Disappointing ribs We've eaten at Carson's for decades in many locations. Tonight's ribs were the toughest we've ever had. Four of us ordered ribs and the signature pork chop but all found them both to be tough. The ribs were beyond having Tug, to get them off the bone. The chop also seemed tougher than previously enjoyed here.
