Contact Dexcom support and try to get it replaced. That means something is wrong with your mobile device then. I´ve had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago but with the Dexcom receiver instead of the App. Means App worked fine and receiver suddenly not. Even not after replacing the sensor a couple of days later.
