Otherwise you can also play a ton of the Daybreak DLC and get special prefab facilities that are expensive but do more stuff in smaller lots. Having the prefab beds with 2 bed outposts frees up the second large slot at the brewery for the cleo-relay (or anything you want) which can summon cleo drops and that stuff trades for some decent influence.
