Fire, poison or shock/stun (for that one troll in the sewers). Sewer trolls are easy, move then break a box of deathfog in front of them. Others, just shoot them with fire arrow or poison arrow, depends on their resistance (rightclick on them then examine). I had to teleport death fog crates to kill 2/3 Trolls.

And to do that you need to force atack ptime scion. After killing her, a pack of totems and 3 dryads you can do just that. Be warned though, that pretty much everyone in elven temple will be hostile to you after that ( bar Alexander and his party ).
