Some mods have different bags and containers that help you carry more. The new vehicles allow that too. Other then that I dont know of any mods that change the base game weight of the planks.Pushups - you get X strength XP per rep; along with arm fatigue. If the debug menu isn't for you, I believe NecroForge on the workshops menu lets you add skills and traits to your character within the game.

managing your weight is its own little game. that alone makes the game a challenge. you can also disable that in sandbox settings under the character tab. just uncheck the nutrition box and weight gain/loss is removed. you'll still need to eat but it wont effect your weight. #3.
